Job Description: • Perform data entry and scan documents. • Uploading documents into our Bluebird Valuation system • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. • Scanning, and copying to management. • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.

We are looking for energetic, ambitious and solution oriented Reviewer, Auditor, Processor, Analyst Specialist who wants to develop their career and work in a rapidly growing, collaborative team environment! “Be part of a team that values every aspect of who you are”.

Position Summary: The position will require the candidate to review varying appraisal file types for compliance Lending Guidelines and Regulatory Agency requirements while utilizing various software to transmit the files. Stellar attendance, performance, and a positive attitude is a must for this client! Great communication skills (both written and spoken) are also needed for this type of work. The right candidate will be responsible for obtaining, verification and reporting of information in an accurate, efficient manner. Utilization of multiple computer programs simultaneously will be necessary to effectively perform the tasks of this position. Must be able to communicate professionally and work well in both an independent and group setting. Training will be provided for all candidates without any Appraisal/Mortgage experience as needed.

Job Description: • The documentation review will include a review of the entire file to determine whether all items have been properly evidenced and are retained in the file. • Completeness and accuracy of the information obtained in the Appraisal Report process will be reviewed. • The auditor will review the file documents, including any purchase contracts, to confirm that the file was properly completed. The review will include verification of compliance with program and agency guidelines and confirmation that underwriting conditions were met. • Upload all required documents to the specified lender portals. • Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements: • Demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Ideal candidate will be able to work quickly while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy based on on-the-job training provided. Daily production expectations must be met. • Processing and/or Underwriting experience preferred. • Ability to prioritize and decipher policies, programs and guidelines. • Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. • Self-motivated, high level of commitment. • Problem solving skills as well as flexibility and adaptability are of key importance. • QC/QA experience is preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Position Summary: The Appraisal Coordinator will assist in organizing, prioritizing, facilitating and monitoring the operational flow of appraisal orders through Bluebird Valuation system.

Job Description: • Manage and prioritize caseload of appraisal orders. • Order appraisals by identifying and assigning a qualified local appraiser within established time frames. • Maintain workflow efficiency through Collateral Management system. • Process payments according to Company and department policies and processes. • Create/maintain reports to track appraisal assignments from order date through final completion. • Maintain reports of branches and operation centers appraiser and/or AMC selections. • Learn about the real estate appraisal industry and the role it plays in both the real estate industry and mortgage banking. • Maintain communication with appraisers and AMCs through vendor management. • Replying to customer email, maintaining calendars, scheduling client appointments, willingness to take direction and be proactive in seeking additional duties and responsibilities. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. • Aid Processors, Underwriters, Loan Officers and Brokers in tasks associated with the appraisal ordering and management of conditions. • Communicates and explains the progress of products/services to customers through establishing relationships and building strong rapport with our vendors.

Requirements: • Experience with customer relations and possess strong phone skills. • Technology savy is a MUST. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Organized with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment. • Demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. • Confident and driven individual with great communication skills. • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to problem solve and show keen attention to detail. • Quick learner — Ability to learn new systems and products/services. • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. • Positive personality — We’ll give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed. • Ability to HAVE FUN and make money while doing it!

Requirements: • 2 or more years in mortgage lending or title sales with demonstrated success. • Professional and effective interpersonal skills. • Ability to develop new business opportunities by initiating and maintaining strong relationships. • Self-motivated with the ability to successfully conduct business remotely. • Proven sales experience and established network of mortgage contacts.
